Smooth and easy visit from start to finish. I was able to get my inspection completed and even take care of a service I’d been putting off, all in the same visit. I really appreciated the staff taking the time to explain my options without any pressure. I left feeling confident that I made the right decision, received great service, and got a fair deal. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Mavis. Harry at the front desk was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain exactly what work would be done on my car and how each service would help. I really appreciated that he made sure I understood everything instead of just rushing through it. The service was very fast, and they even accommodated me before closing, which I was grateful for. Thank you !

Absolute Waste of Time and Terrible Service! I ordered tires online and scheduled a confirmed 11:00 AM appointment at the West Hempstead Mavis location for the next day. I showed up early and checked in at 10:45 AM, expecting a smooth process. It is now past 3:00 PM—over four hours later—and my tires still aren't even in the shop. I want to make this explicitly clear that this was no direct fault of the shop management or staff. They were as frustrated as I was! It was clearly out of their control! The root cause is Mavis central inventory management and online customer service failed miserably! Starting at 12:40 PM, I was told that Weldon their 3rd party delivery truck was "one stop away." They have repeated that exact same excuse every hour since, with zero real updates as they were being told the same excuse by the tire delivery guy! Holding a customer hostage for over four hours due to poor inventory management and empty promises is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, respect and dignity, stay far away from Mavis and this location. Absolutely frustrating and completely unprofessional.

I had an excellent experience at Mavis! They had me in and out within just a few hours. I got a full set of brand new tires, an alignment, and balancing all completed in one visit. The entire team was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They made the process smooth and stress free, and my vehicle drives great now. I recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, honest, and quality service.

I recently visited Mavis Tire in West Hempstead, NY, and I wanted to recognize three outstanding employees who made our experience exceptional. Harry went above and beyond to assist us with updating our account and ensuring that the mechanical issues that brought us into Mavis Tire were addressed thoroughly and professionally. His patience, knowledge, and dedication to customer service truly stood out. I would also like to acknowledge Justin and Nick for their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to providing excellent service. All three associates treated us with respect, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Employees like Harry, Justin, and Nick reflect positively on Mavis Tire and demonstrate what outstanding customer care looks like. They should be recognized for their hard work and dedication at the next leadership meeting. Thank you for having such a dependable and customer-focused team.
